4 6 hours ago Full Job Description General Statement of Duties The Environmental, Health and Safety Manager oversees all aspects of the division's environmental program and facility safety program to ensure compliance with all environmental permits and a safe working environment for all team members.
This includes written environmental and safety programs, regulatory compliance, policy development, safety audits, safety training and incident investigation.
Position Responsibilities Environmental Assist in ensuring compliance with all environmental laws and regulations Interfaces with divisional environmental managers and corporate environmental manager, as needed, in maintaining compliance with all federal EPA and DOT hazardous waste/hazardous materials regulations and assist with any compliance issues that arise Along with the division's environmental specialist, responsible for maintaining the overall environmental management system for two manufacturing locations.
Assists the division's environmental specialist in compliance with two synthetic minor permits and industrial stormwater permits.
Assists the division's environmental specialist in compliance with RCRA SQG compliance Assists in maintaining the facility ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification Participates/Assists in investigations pertaining to environmental incidents Health Addresses workplace health concerns and conduct industrial hygiene testing on known hazards Conducts ergonomic assessments to ensure proper procedures are in place for employees Safety Provides safety orientation to all new team members Provides safety training materials to the production and maintenance teams as needed Completes divisional monthly safety reports and communicates performance to management Conducts monthly safety committee meetings Manages facility Behavioral Based Safety Program (Stop/GOs, Safety Observations, Toolboxes) Maintains facility ISO 45001 OH&S Management System certification Communicates regularly to the Corporate Safety Manager of all recordable injuries, 911 calls, OSHA inspections, and other important aspects of the safety program Ensures regular communication with employees and management on accident investigations, restricted duty situations, OSHA audits, safety rules and hazardous work situations Maintains records on OSHA recordable injuries and compiles and submits accident reports required by corporate and outside regulatory agencies Acts as a technical resource to on new products and equipment to problem solve and conduct thorough investigations regarding safety Leads the investigation of accidents, incidents, near misses, and cooperates in the preparation of material and evidence for Webco to use in hearing, lawsuits, and insurance investigations Performs regular inspections of facility to detect existing or potential accident and health hazards, determines the corrective action or preventative measures needed and follows up to ensure measures have been implemented Creates/Manages Job Hazard Analysis for all new processes, equipment, and contractor work Administers first aid when needed and transports employees for medical care if needed Webco has determined this position involves safety-sensitive job duties and will be considered a safety-sensitive position for purpose of the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act (The Unity Bill.
) effective August 29th, 2019.
Required Education and Skills Bachelor's Degree in Environmental, Health, and Safety or related field preferred with 2 or more years equivalent experience.
Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Professional designations desired.
CSP, ASP, CHMM, CIH Highly motivated, personable, flexible, and eager to enhance knowledge and skills through on-going education and development.
Must have the ability to multi-task and focus on work with details.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Must be able to work independently, as well as in project team environment.
Must have proficient skills in the use of personal computers including Windows Office applications.
Ability to use a variety of office equipment properly for routine tasks on an as needed basis, including fax machines, copy machines, email, and central calendar systems.
Typical Physical Demands:
Must be able to work a minimum of 8 hours per day on a regular basis.
Requires additional hours of work as required per workload of position and department.
Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
Regularly uses a telephone for communication.
Uses office equipment such as copier, and fax machines.
Requires prolonged periods of monitoring computer screens and displays Utilizes a variety of hand positions to repetitively manipulate keyboard and mouse.
Position requires, prolonged periods of standing and walking distances of up to 2 miles in a manufacturing facility.
Job is fast paced and the ability to deal with stress is essential.
Typical Working Conditions Shares work time between in an indoor office environment and the manufacturing plant environment.
Position requires exposure to manufacturing environment with exposure to loud and prolonged noise.
Noise exposure is constant, which includes the noise of machinery and overhead cranes.
Noise exposure also includes frequent and extremely loud changing sounds caused from metal tubing banging against each other during processing.
All employees are required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to include noise/hearing protection and safety glasses with side shields while in the manufacturing facilities.

There is one shift available that consists of eight-hour shifts.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
